U can push the white pawn, if he takes, move your queen next to the bishop and thats mate, if he doesnt take then still move ur queen to deliver mate.

That c4 White pawn can go forward one square and force that black pawn to take it. Then the white bishop can take it. If he doesn't take, the White pawn can take the black pawn, and the black pawn behind it takes, and the White bishop takes.

Tip: Push the c4 pawn (I think)
