Andrea, I can’t tell you how much you encourage me. I would watch you if you showed the same thing every week!! I am excited about your husband is doing so good. I prayed for him and God always answers. I love your videos. My husband likes them too. He just says,” that woman is smart!” I just say yes she is.! You just do it all. I used to do a lot too, but I’m 76 now and I’m just tired. I still clean my own home even with back issues and a lot of pain. I’m not gonna quit and I’m glad your going to keep on and your going to take us with you. I’m up for the journey. I bless you and thank you for the videos. I sure miss the farm❤

I’m 74 just retired a year ago from nursing. I worked past 35 years as mental health hospital RN plus previous nursing jobs for a total of 49 years. It’s hard work. Now I am doing what I love gardening, writing, painting and loving on my dogs and my cats.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm 60 and my wife has medical issues. We feel so overwhelmed at times mainly me. We don't have anything as much as you guys do but we love our cows, chickens and rabbits, but we love raising our own meat.

Andrea, here’s a true confession for you I live in a high-rise in the middle of an urban centre in Canada as far away from your life style as you can imagine, but I love your channel. I love your wisdom, and your wisdom is needed for the younger generation coming up. I would continue doing what you have been doing in past videos because there are younger, farmers and homesteaders who need to know what you have learned through a lot of hard work.

Andrea, I watch more KZfaq than I would like to admit. I would like to tell you your channel is VERY Special because It's very unique. There are so many homestead type channels. Honestly there a dime a dozen. There are big ag channels like Cole the Cornstar. But the size of your operation is different. I wish we lived in a world where your size farm supported the family. You are an amazing woman. Don't worry about showing something different or exciting just keep doing what your doing please. Thank You

God says just take a break and recharge. As far as I’m concerned you don’t need to wow me, I’m physically not able to or have the land to farm. I have a small garden area, I have messaged you a few years ago about different containers I could recycle to start my seeds, you answered me back and encouraged me to use what I have. May God strengthen you and Ben and guide you into the path he has for you. Love and appreciate your openness and honesty.

No where NEAR the work that you do, but it's still hard due to a physical issue I have. But I watch your videos, and they keep me motivated to keep going. All so relatable, several years ago we lost 8 cows to lightning, recently letting KZfaq videos slide so other things take priority, and talks on and off over whether to keep going or quit farm stuff for several years now. Thanks for keeping it real and exposing more of the behind the scenes stuff that gets left out of “typical” videos.

You have no idea how glad I am that I clicked on your video this morning! My husband had a heart attack on Christmas Eve. I lost my breeding buck and a bred doe several months ago (listeriosis), I just lost another doe to pneumonia. Thought I found another breeding buck, he was exactly what I was looking for. I needed to figure out how I was going to get him because my husband was going to therapy 3 days a week. The woman gave me the impression that I could take my time. Then she sells him out from under me. Slogging through mud, running out of good hay (knew I wasn't going to have enough), so many things needing done around here and being the only one doing it all, things aren't being done quickly and probably not in the best way. This is just a drop in the bucket of what has been going on. Yes, the thought has crossed my mind to quit. It's been really hard lately, feeling like I'm getting slapped down at every turn. Then I see videos like yours. I'm not the only one! The financial struggles have been real this year. I needed the encouragement, thank you!

Andrea, you are blessed beyond measure. God is leading you to be able to better help your community. You also have Ben. Having an empty nest is more difficult when you are single, and your children have chosen to live in another state far away. I do the best I can, but it is hard sometimes. I am glad you were able to go to the expo and be inspired. There are many, including myself, who are inspired by you. May God bless you and continue to lead you to where He needs you to be. 💖💖💖

My Dear ( not meant with disrespect) you cannot imagine how right you are. You made a statement that some times it is just time to quit and that is where I AM NOW. I am in Panama and have built a farm out of nothing and in 2 years I could be rolling in money due to a crop that I developed but I am just DONE. I want to say to all that read this... Know when it is time and know that you are not a failure to stop. Just listen to your heart or your god or your mom or wife. There is NO SHAME in being finished. God bless you

That milk is in glass I am betting and comes out of either Salem or Mt Grove and we luv it!! That is all we buy. 6 bottles every 2wks put at the back of the fridge it last longer than regular milk and will have cream at the top. Non homogenized ❤

Yes the struggles are real, but like you said no matter what you do in life you have them. The relationships your gonna have with your store and all the young people you be teaching without even maybe knowing it is tremendous. We need people like you. Hey Andrea glad to hear Bens doing well- My husband has just had Open Heart Triple Bypass surgery at 69 yrs old & man that was horrific but he is doing beautifully 5 weeks later. Great video Cheers Denise- Australia

Bless your heart! Thank you for sharing your experience. Many of us have or will experience a similar time in our life. What’s the easiest way for people to become overwhelmed feeling they can’t go any more? Three major life events. You guys are going through more than that at the same time. Empty nest. Both kids getting married soon. Ben's sinus surgery being more than expected, caring for the farm,house, business and so on alone, while trying to take care of Ben. My dear KZfaq friend you needed the time for you. I’m glad you had a couple weeks although you probably need more. 💜 Stop and give yourself grace when needed. We will be here. ❤ Please show yourselves love just as you do your animals and take care of yourselves. I’m having to learn this too. We are in our late 60's. You are not alone. 🥰

You have been a true blessing to my family. We are empty nesters and no grandbabies close. I still want to be able to move out of this city and have a small farm. Prices are so high and I am not getting any younger. I just pray it is Gods plan for us. I am glad you are not giving up or should I say changing your life. Praying for you. Andrea u encourage me in soooo many ways you’ll never know! I don’t have a farm and likely never will but I love seeing all your gorgeous farm animals. The part that you really impact me is when you talk about the Lord and how he works through others and how we can be led. Your testimony when you share it moves me to tears. Have you considered setting up a subscriber monthly program? I would support you say $15.00 a month and if even half of your subscribers joined this would be a steady revenue stream that would really help with your future endeavors.
