Thank you for the kind words Charles! I'd advise you to watch Ben Cathros PinkBike video series on how to bike. There are too many details to explain with just one message but I feel his videos do a great job. Of course getting out and riding your bike is the only way to get better videos and tips can only get you so far. Have to go out and practice! Thanks for watching - Chris

I'd suggest downloading trailforks for navigation on the trail and finding parking spots. In the description we always include our trailforks ride log which shows the route for the video, you can follow that route. Hope that helps!
