Welcome back to the channel ya kookz!
In today's episode we are breaking out the big guns. The foundation crew is here and we are really starting to break ground up here at Spot X Ranch. Once we plotted and cleared out where we wanted our house it's now time to get the ground level for a foundation. I hired a crew to come in and do the site work and also pour a slab for our manufactured home. We are trying to save as much money as possible on this journey and I have been there for every step.
In order for the manufactured house to be ordered the foundation has to be poured so we are racing the clock to get the house ordered and hopefully delivered up the the property here in the next few weeks.
