A little tip for the floof that comes of Grim after brushing…put outside for the birds to take for their nests, I do this with my doggo’s brushed off floof xo

I can't imagine anything more peaceful or satisfying than lounging in that beautiful home in a comfy pair of pajamas and snuggling up in front of the fire and those windows with Grim. Pure Heaven! I kind of love the idea of turning Grim's excess fur into a sweater. Or maybe a winter jacket for Grim himself, lol. Don't know if he'd go for that

💞 awww reunion with the bilingual Arctic dog-Grimm and Christoffer how sweet. Yes you can save dog fur or hair(as the case maybe) for spinning into yarn, but it needs to be mixed with sheep’s wool for twist stability. My sister used to save the hair from her standard French poodle’s grooming and sent to a spinner.

after i had left my homeland and my dog, unwillingly, i used to talk to her on the phone sometimes and be relayed how she reacted hearing my voice. i miss her still. the best friend i've ever had. 🙏

My grandma collected this fur making pillows of it, so we children used them to sit on the floor in wintertime while we were playing in her kitchen, and she made a tasty sweet smelling cake. Nice memories.

Goldshaw Farm (You Tube) is saving Toby the Meremba breed dog's 'fluff' to make a sweater, he has a woman who says that she will do the process of making Toby's 'fluff' into yarn and ultimately a sweater! BTW, I am really happy that you are back home, also I'm really glad to see Grim and Christopher again!

Your house is like mine when I’ve come back from vacation. The dog gets prolonged hugs, kisses, and love, and the humans get somewhat less. LOL Grim was the happiest dog in all of Svalbard. Maybe in all of Norway! I’m happy your little family is back together again and ready for autumn adventures.

My sister's best friend knit malamute hair into hats before. They turned out nice, but didn't smell very good! 😂 Grim was sooo happy to see you! Anyhow, that brown cheese looks so yummy and the cabin is so cozy, calming and almost zen like. No wonder you love it there! Can't wait for more videos.

A friend crocheted a blanket out of my coydog's fur, and I'm currently collecting and having spun into yarn all the shed floof from my present huskies. The fur makes beautiful yarn.

My inlaws had keeshond dogs they brushed and saved the hair much like Grim. They had it spun and my mother inlaw made a cape for herself and mittens for the rest of us. Those mittens are the warmest on frigid Canadian winter days.
