I'm a working mom of 4 kids. My thoughts : it's not because of KZfaq, it's because you are working a lot. Work is work, but I work outside of the house and you work from home. Taking time for your family is the most important! Enjoy your new free time!

Thank you! I came to post something similar. I feel like a lot of KZfaqrs with young families feel like this is a problem somehow unique to them, but really the struggle to find a good work/family life balance is felt by the majority if not ALL young families with working parents!! I mean, if anyone finds a way to make money and get by that doesn’t require a lot of time , please share your secret so we can all know 😅😂. Like when she talks about having no social life because she is exhausted from working and taking care of the kids all week, don’t we all feel that ?! I could go on but I digress. In short I agree with you, it’s definitely not a KZfaq problem, it’s a modern parent life problem and most of us have it!

@@sylviebarker8505 I totally agree. And we don't have the liberty to just leave work because our home depends on pur job to survive. I've always wondered how influencers handle their job. I deleted all social media (except KZfaq if that counts) on Christmas last year, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I didn't even have a job on social media, and it was taking over my life. I think that this is such a healthy choice, and if you find a path outside of social media altogether, I think that that'd be even better. It must feel so exciting to drop this weight from your shoulders.

I work in accounting for a ginormous firm and even I see people and have time for a social life. Also, its so refreshing for people to look like they have it all but still walk away from it because raising their children and not exploiting them online is more important. I think Id be traumatized if i grew up and realized that a lot of my parents business, our home etc were online for millions to see.

I agree with so many points you made and it really resonated with me. At the height of my channel, I also had no social life, barely saw family, and had no time for anything other than KZfaq. When I got pregnant with my first, it changed everything. I didn’t want him to be restricted by my lack of relationships. I didn’t want him to have to be holed up inside all the time because I was busy building a platform. I spent my whole pregnancy rebuilding my social life and relationships, and it has been invaluable during my first year as a mum. It’s certainly a sacrifice, and it’s hard to feel like you’re letting down your audience, but it’s been so wonderful to fully be present with my baby this year. Feeling same things after tiring day :( love Sarah for everything she tought us and for the joy she brought into my life in my formative years. Always trying to be the best version of myself for the ones i love, that's the most important lesson for me... To do things on 200% so much love and sadness from the title. Can't wait to be able to watch it :

I'm so happy for you and bummed for myself! Haha! I'm going to MISS my weekly dose of mama motivation from you, but I'm thrilled for YOU, imagining what relief you must feel to be closing this chapter for the good of your family. And also, I feel kind of validated. I wanted to be a KZfaqr SO MUCH (still do, actually), but after I had my twins, I knew I personally couldn't be a good mama to five little ones and put in the steady work required for a successful KZfaq channel. Sometimes I wonder how other mamas do it, and hearing you say how draining it has been helps me know even more that I made the right decision for this season of life. THANK YOU so much for the wonderful influence you have been on me over the last few years. Love you, Sarah and family!

I'm truly devasted, I only recently found your channel and was so happy to see someone so genuine who I have a lot in common with. There was not one video from you I didn't like or watch. But, as a mom of one who struggles to even go to the bathroom alone, I get it. I was so shocked to see everything you juggled and kept thinking "how does she do it all". You are not superhuman and yourself and your family come first, no need to apologize for that. I am so excited to follow you on the start of this journey. A big hug ❤️

Honestly, as a fellow Christ-follower I am proud of you. Choosing your husband, your children, yourself over KZfaq is so honorable and as you said “God glorifying”. A lot of people look up to you and probably think they could never give up youtube but you Give them permission to. I found that having an IG for me was not God-honoring so I deleted all of my social media. Best decision I have ever made.

I don't mean any hate but I just don't understand how youtubers always feel this way having no time but if you had a regular job like I work 7:30-16:00 you would also be away from family for so many hours a day and still have to go to work and be a wife/mom/dad. But I guess if they have the liberty financially to stop working then they can go for it I would love to one day be able to stop working but our home depends on it for the time being.

@@kimberleylibby1028 me too. I have thought this as well. Though I don't walk in others shoes. I would guess trying to home school and work a job (youtube) from home is exhausting. It also seems youtube is not as popular anymore. Tiktok and instagram I have heard are less difficult to navigate and upload for content.

I’m crying in sadness yet with joy for you as I watch this video. As a young, newly married Christian woman, I have made so many lifestyle changes (striving towards minimalism) and decisions (knowing I want to quit my day job once my husband and I have kids so that I can raise and homeschool them) which we’re highly influenced by you. The Lord provided me with your channel for this season of life and for that I’m beyond grateful - may God guide you as you enter into this next season. Be blessed in knowing that your channel’s impact on me was life changing in a beautiful and Christ-glorifying way. I can’t even imagine the thousands of others that had a similar experience to me. I’m so proud of you Sarah and Kieran for this wise and Godly decision. Love and prayers to you on this new adventure ❤️

I live in the UK & I found your channel very randomly after having my first baby (little girl Mila who is now 2.5 years old) after experiencing Diastatis Recti feeling a little sad as a new Mummy & I started your ab work out videos. I just want to say thank you for making those videos. Alongside working with a post natal coach your abs videos truly helped me to rebuild my core strength again & more importantly my confidence in my health, wellbeing & myself after experiencing quite a sad, isolating time. I still do stage 3 to this day!! Not just a vanity thing either. Being a new mummy as blessed as that is, is tough and I was all over the place physically & emotionally. So when I look back on those earlier days, I do think of you & those videos & how they helped me. I initially had no desire to follow you, your channel or your family, but I ended up doing so. Not going to lie I haven't always resonated or agreed with all your views or everything you do/say but I've always found you to be refreshingly open, honest & true to yourself & beliefs. Whilst sometimes confronting to me, your conviction, your views have often made me think & reflect on my own thoughts, views & opinions, which is good, it makes the world go round. We don't always have to agree 100% or "be right", a good lesson for us all in this polarising world of today. So thank you for unknowingly helping a very tired, very lonely new mama out across the world from yourself!! I'm very grateful. Your family, your babies are beautiful & I respect your decision immensely. You are doing what you know is right for you all which isn't easy but you are trusting this is right because it feels right in your heart. I truly hope this brings you peace of mind, which can never be underestimated ❤
