Ashtray Wasp - Daniel Hi Daniel, great to meet you here. How’s life in NZ? Good to meet a kiwi too. 😊👍

Hiya, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else except maybe Tassie (mainland Aus is too hot for me though I want to see more), I've been rapid cycling for the past couple weeks; it's starting to bug me but eh it's just a part of life.

Ashtray Wasp - Daniel Rapid cycling is a pain. I get it too. It’s like cycles of mood within bigger cycles that go for months. Bipolar is difficult to live with on a daily basis, that’s for sure. My symptoms seem to have become more frequent since last year, but have been going on for years before that, with gaps in between. Haven’t had any gaps in between this last year. Unsure what the future holds re: the moods. But we keep on keeping on hey. NZ is a gorgeous place. Cooler than here, true. I’m kinda used to the heat though.

Mmmmm cycles within cycles, within cycles, it's crazy. I'm close to my mid twenties and I feel it has gotten more severe since I was around twenty-one. It is, I also think Australia is equally as gorgeous just in a different way. Particularly Tasmania, I can understand that I think if I had been born over there I probably would handle the heat better.

Ashtray Wasp - Daniel I went off the air at 18 but went undiagnosed for years. Mid twenties was when I saw my first shrink, but....along comes Bipolar at age 47. If I lived in NZ, I would be more cold tolerant lol

You know you always have my support. One thing that makes me angry as hell is when people tell me I'm faking my illness! If your struggling with that situation right now then just ignore them and let them enjoy the silence. "I don't know how to turn this off" lol laughter can bring some strength to our soul. Thank you for mentioning me too. STAY STRONG

Hi Steph. Your hair color looks good. Congratulations. It takes a long time to accept all that comes with Bipolar and Dual Diagnosis. Terribly painful. However..,you are making it to the other side. This is not your fault. You are not a lesser person. You are a strong woman. Life's good even when it sucks. And you are loved and accepted for who you are. Hello to your beloved from me. Stay warm and a big hug to you.♡♡♡♡Lisa .

Dear Lisa, thank you 🙏 You are a sweetheart. I find the peaks and troughs can suddenly hit me at any time, even when on meds. I don’t mind the peaks, but as we know, they come at a price. Winter is a time of troughs, which can hit at any time, unfortunately. In one today, even when the sun is out and my lovely man and dog are here. I’ve heard it’s a heatwave in the northern hemisphere. Is it hot in Florida? Take care lovely 😊🌺🌳🦄🌞💕
