It's a buff that BHVR is testing out: Demo can now go through floors on command. Otz probably hit the keybind without noticing. It's a new mechanic, after all.

I've figured it out, Otz is just a paid actor and this has all being cleverly masterminded by the Rat. Edit: Now that I see people think the same I’d like to add that after a brief back and forth messaging with the Rat, he’s looking to bring it full circle by petting Otz for the intro and giving us 10mins of Rat noises as he loops a billy for 5 gems.

So I’m not the only on getting randomly teleported like that? I played a game a day or two ago and I was chasing a Leon as wraith. I swung, hit him, and heard him go down, and all of a sudden my camera spaz a little and suddenly I’m like five meters away, and I swear I saw him on a gen for a split second.
