While in Texas, we attended H.E.R.P.S. Conroe and had a great time! This show has venomous snakes available, so you have to sign a waiver before entering. It was a unique experience! Watch 'til the end to see what we discovered at Whataburger... ;)

EMILY!! I know you probably won't answer but I need advise. I recently got a baby milksnake. He's about a foot long. The problem I have is this: me and my grandpa don't agree on how much to feed him. We currently feed him one frozen thawed pinky mouse a week. He eats well. I think that it's plenty until he grows, of course. It's hard for me to tell if he's overweight or not, I don't think he is. Anyway, my grandpa thinks that I should start feeding him two pinkies a week, and I don't think he needs that much. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!! Also, I can't convince him that I need a thermostat (I do have a thermometer/humidity thingy tho) and I don't know what humidity to keep him at. I think he likes it at about 50% or a little higher but idk what it should be People at the pet stores haven't been any help at all, and you're one of the only people whose opinion I would trust fully. I understand if you don't answer, but I really need help on this

@@_veronica_r Honestly look up these things on other sources. Find multiple breeders and discover what they recommend. I fed my young snakes about every 4-5 days because they're growing and need more energy to do that. My mid size snakes eat about once a week. My big snakes are about once every other week because they eat bigger meals. Milk snakes are pretty hardy so the humidity is probably not something you should need to stress about as long as you aren't keeping them in wet substrate or are treating it like a tropical species. You need a thermostat for undertank heating mats. They're cheap on Amazon. Otherwise the mat can potentially burn your snakes belly or the mat will not get hot enough and you'll never know (I had this happen personally--the heat mat never got warmer than 80° and we didn't notice until we hooked the thermostat up to it and it never got warm). Do your research, cite you're sources, and bring your findings to your grandpa.

I love how, no matter how many fans Emily meets, and how many photos are taken, she always looks so genuine and happy! Her smile always reaches her eyes and it makes me so happy to see! You'll see pics that famous people like singers, actors, authors, and other miscellaneous "well-known" people take photos with fans and, despite the plastered-on smile, they look so miserable or dead in the eyes. Emily may not be a "major" celebrity, though she's definitely a KZfaq/reptile world celebrity, but she's always so authentic and legitimately friendly, happy, and humble. I'm glad she and Ed have made it to where they are because I can think of no one who deserves it more than them! 🥰💚🖤💚🖤💚🥰

Those were my thoughts exactly! In-N-Out burgers are okay, but the fries are crap! Was so disappointed. At least Whataburger has a better variety menu wise, if I don't feel like eating a burger.

So I know the beginning exchange between Em&Ed was staged, but I love it. It reminds me of my husband and I- I’ll get all goofy excited about something random and be like, spur of the moment, let’s do it! And he just kind of scratches his baffled head, nods, and comes along for the ride. He loves it- and me- but always seems vaguely confused. XD

The other day a month old puff adder found it's way into my yard, luckily the dogs didnt get to the poor baby, was sooo smaalll! Most people in sa would kill snakes like these unfortunately, but luckily for me and this widdle baby, we have a snake lover expert/catcher who rescues and relocates them. He had a pet black mamba that was free roamed in his house!! She unfortunately passed a few years back due to age (he raised her from an egg). He has a new boy now he is raising but of course doesn't have her docile( for a dangerous snake) nature so it's a struggle. You can of course search him up tho! His name is Neels Botha I believe, quite famous here in sa.

I'm happy for you two that you were able to go to the Reptile Show. The vipers from Fascination were gorgeous! I love the wonders of creation. (I did wish there had been a shot that showed the vipers in a way that illustrated scale/relative size. I guess there was kind of one at 0:55 and I know that Eric stated the average max length as < 24 inches.) Cataleah is a great name. Your mention of "Buck-ees" sent me on a Google search, and it was an interesting non-reptile related piece of info. That is a huge convenience store/gas station/travel stop. As usual, thanks for sharing! #TakeCareBeWellDoGood.
