We’re Blake and Eli, full-time nomads for the past three years! After meeting in 2021 while in Hawaii, we decided to completely change our lives to be together. We both worked 9-5 remotely, and knew very early on that we did not want to do that forever. So, while looking for new adventures we found a campervan in Hawaii, bought it sight unseen and fixed it up while living in it! Now we rent it out and use the income to fund some of our travels. In 2022, we began by traveling to Australia on a one way ticket! Now we love sharing all our crazy adventures on KZfaq! (we are definitely huge adrenaline junkies!) And show you how you can afford to travel more!

Enjoyed ep. 1 immensely! I had no idea Italy was so beautiful but I'm concerned about the frequent lows you both are feeling . Preparation is one thing ...mindset is key. I've never understood the appeal of bicycling but I'd love to take this ride just for the experience but only if I had the best bike for this kind of trail , the very best! Looking forward to ep.2 !

Really enjoyed this and the overall detail you supplied. I’m planning this for next year with only doing hotel stays. I’ll need a shower and good rest every night for this type of event. Excited to see episode 2.

thanks so much!! the episode 2 will be out soon, been working hard on it! doing it with hotels stays would be truly perfect, we felt amazing when we stayed in a hotel🙌🏻 just book them ahead of time and plan exactly how far your going to go each day which can be hard because some days we thought we could go further than we did :/

Beautiful vid. And yes losing elevation is the WORST (unless you don't have any more uphills of course--which you guys did)

This is at least from 2023, this year the TT was counter clockwise. Anyway, for all the people ho see this video, don't under estimate this kind of trips, you can hurt yourself, and this is not even more a real trail event, it's just some gravel roads around tuscany!

Yes! This was filmed in 2023. 2024 was the opposite direction but exact same trail. Everything you’re saying is true - it’s a crazy trail! And for 2025.. who knows! 😂

Fun Fact, Mario isnt saying "It's-a-me, Mario" he says "Itsumi Mario" which is japanese and means "Super Mario"

19:27 "ciò che va su, deve tornare giù" 😂 btw as a cyclist you know better than me that the two our worst enemies are wind and uphills; with uphills you know you'll have your reward after 😎 btw your bikes definitely needed a higher gear span, "normal" gravel ratios are not enough. I am so ashamed to see that Tuscany Trail website is so mediocre on foreign-friendly pages 😱 gonna do something to fix this, I just love foreign people participating to Italians events

yess agreed! uphills were brutal, but nothing beats the views from the top! our gravel bikes were definitely missing some gears, not ideal bikes but just happy we were able to rent something relatively last minute! we also hope to see more foreigners take on events like these, it was truly so special :)
