Any house purchase right now takes a herculean effort with the average price in Las Vegas $400,000+. So many locals have been priced out of the market. Hope your monthly payment- principle/interest/taxes/HOA is affordable. Helpful hint: the water bills are high in Las Vegas because of the water crisis, water bills are high. Avoid any landscaping that needs water, zeroscape landscaping can save lots of money.
