That Fischer Price train set was the last gift I received from my Grandpa. Just seeing it brings so much emotion to me. I found an engine to it at an antique store and just started to quietly cry as I held it in my hands. I put it back because I just couldn't, my wife didn't understand.

My SIL in UK was a serious Winnie the Pooh collector, and had many of the very first originals. I think she was selling most of them all. She even had all Winnie the Pooh Christmas decorations.

Blue Jacket's manuals are issued to US Navy Recruits at Bootcamp. They contain Naval History, General Orders, directions for everything that affects a Sailor: from marching to folding your underwear and uniforms Military Chain of Command and comparison of ranks to other militaryservices; survival techniques; and so much more! They make VERY interesting reading; mine was issued about 35 years after that one and is about half as thick.

Vintage ceramic Christmas trees 🎄 can be worth 100s of dollars depending on size. Replacement lights are sold at craft stores.. some many cool collectibles. This was a fabulous unit🤗

Hello Jeremy and George you gotten an awesome old storage unit and I collect old Barbie dolls and I have some myself , like I even collected mostly all the Hoilday Barbies too , plus I use to have one of those Barbie clothes closet , they are so vintage , like I was 9 yrs old to when I gotten mine .. Also nice to hear Patience and Christian in the back ground welcome back you wonderful helpers , love your baby's name ...

The Bluejacket's Manual is the basic handbook for United States Navy personnel. First issued in 1902 to teach recruits about naval procedures and life and offer a reference for active sailors, it has become the "bible" for Navy personnel, providing information about a wide range of Navy topics. The current edition is the 26th, published in 2023 When I was in bootcamp I received The 19th Edition and it was used from 1973 to 1977 then the 20th Edition was from 1978- 1989. The one you have was the 11th Edition.

Oh my, I enjoyed looking through this storage unit with you because I got to see a lot of old coffee pots that my grandparents, Aunts and uncles used, and we used on camping trips ,barbie trains and tracks that my brothers had when they were very young just an amazing memory unit,.thank you for taking us along. The Navy Bible....anyone who has served was given one in boot camp. The old site for Recruit Training Command in Orlando that I started my 21-year Navy career at is actually now a park named Blue Jacket Park. We had to learn that manual front to back!!!

Jeremy, You need two things with you that you never have with you but you have a ton of. Item#1: A folding box cutter. Item#2: A magnifying glass to read small print.

That straw like thing, with the round bottom with holes, is used to drink Yerba mate. You put dried loose leaves in a round cup, and drink from the "straw", to strain the liquids from the leaves. Mainly found in South America.

The Bluejacket Manual is like a primer for Navy. Mine is paper back and doesn't look as thick as that one.

The bluejacket is a term for the navy personnel. It comes from the color coats they wear. Interesting unit, too bad everything was so dirty. Plus it could have been stored better. But I bet you make lots with these items.

Those Magic cards look like to be artwork from the old White Wolf tabletop RPG books. Vampire the Masquerade series being the most well know, but there was also Mage the Ascension and Werewolf the Apocalypse books as well. Might have just been the style back in the 90s.

the cards you found in the magic case is "Vampire the Masquerade: Jyhad" it's a card game based on the Table top RPG from the 90s that also had an Aaron Spelling tv show called "Kindred the embrace"

Our Booster club uses those porcelain pots. We dont heat with them but they are great to mix syrup hot chocolate mix in. Just incase you find more and are selling.

If I didn’t have to pay customs, I would buy that château le Pape tea towel. It’s a Bordeaux red wine (French wine). It’s now a bed and breakfast and belongs to Chateau Haut-Bailly. Or, maybe you could approach them.

That Thomas set looks like the original Tomy brand, (same size as Trackmaster) that has the blue track. Some of the original Thomas The Tank Engine toys (especially ERTL) are highly collectible.

The "173" year old straw is a bombilla probably made in Paraguay. It is used to drink the typical cold tea "mate" called tereré. It looks like .800 silver.
