I'm crying, a few days ago i was late walking by my city center in brand new clothes, i know it sounds weird but let me explain you, I don't buy myself anything at all, most of the time I'm like "do i really need that? do i deserve it? I'm going to look as ugly as always anyway" and i just don't take it. But, this time i was like "f*ck it" and i bought some clothes. Well, i was walking, face down, headphones on, trying to avoid every possible human contact, when a lady (mid 40s business lady) stopped in front of me/and said something, i was a little confused, i took my headphones and shyly said "Sorry, i didn't heard you", with the brightest smile on her face she said " You look beautiful ", i didn't know her, till this day i don't, but that was so randomly nice, i didn't know how to react so i just thanked her and walked away almost crying and with a stupid smile on my face. What the hell is the point of this? you may ask; an example, that lady made my day, she made me believe that to someone i was beautiful and it was worth it to let me know. Earlier the same day I had an awful panic attack, and because of the clothes I've had so much anxiety for just wearing them in public for the first time (it's a big deal for me ok?) but those words were the best thing of my day and you should do the same, be nice with people, some words can change somebody else's day :'D

I do totally share the opinion with the guy at 1:11. :) It's funny because you change what you find beautiful as you get to know someone better. When I meet someone for the first time I might find his or her hair or eyes beautiful and with the time I love how the person smiles, makes me laugh, tells me stories, dances,... and that's when I find the character beautiful. It's just the way the person does it like nobody else.

Thank you very much for uploading this video! It makes me smile and almost cry when I realize that I have been so mean to myself telling myself everyday "You aren't beautiful. You are not enough." I have been traumatized by my bad experience with my ex-boyfriend. I dieted and lost 7 kg after half a year going out with him. Everytime I lost more weight, he called me beautiful. And so I was flattered. I was motivated. I thought I was happy. But I was wrong. Once we let our definition of "beauty" to be defined by others, we've lost our self-love. That guy eventually dumped me a year after we started going out and I started binge-eating like crazy, feeling like it doesn't matter anymore. The past are now past. I can't go back to change them. All of them are beautiful and show it in their own way~ I've struggled a lot with my self esteem and have to constantly remind myself that not everyone has to accept me and it shouldn't matter if someone calls me ugly or what they think of me. I am learning that the most beautiful things in life don't have to look beautiful, but be beautiful by being imperfect perfectly. No one is perfect, so learning how to be happy with or accepting your imperfections shows how imperfectly perfect you really are. To me that is the most beautiful thing.
