It was so difficult to get a property here for rent because we don’t have credit score. And then finally we offered a 5 months upfront rent and immediately got it. 😫😫😫. But then when we went to rogers we were shocked that we got the 30gb package for my husband and I. And even bell was offering a good package. But we sticked to rogers and took bell internet instead. And never in our life we had telecommunication breakdown that lasted for more than 12 hours. Hahahahaa. I think you will know what I mean. 🤣🤣🤣. We’ve been ticking lots of our first time list here. ✅ I have one question. Anyone in here converted their work permit to pr in a year??? We want to know more details about this.

Ontario is cold but the winters are nothing compared to what they used to be 20 years ago. Maybe because you have only been here for a year. Back in the day we were buried in snow past our knees, as the climate changes I have noticed it barely snows here now! Yes it can get cold, and maybe 1 or 2 snow storms in January, but it’s not THAT bad

And secondly, Can we take seperate backpack of laptop, apart from 7kg hand luggage?

Visited Canada for a couple of months work stint from US in year 2000. Too socialistic, high taxes, low salaries, few opportunities and frankly just too many immigrants from God knows where! Never returned back for work. Having a fantastic time the US.

I am currently earning in Bangalore from my own home 61,000 CAD per annum. I wanted to migrate to Canada because of my son's future higher study and secure my retirement. But it seems weather is the concern and also my age and my spouse age. We are both at 44 now and my son is 12 years old. My consultancy told me that I am eligible for SINP only with the CRS score of 61. Whether I should go for Saskatchewan immigration ? What's your thought on this? I am not able to make the decision and currently in confused state. By the way I am into IT for last 19 years and currently with IBM Kyndryl Bangalore? Any thought would greatly be appreciated.
