Car registrations are meant to be seen, what if you had a pen and paper and wrote their registrations down? People filmed me at work all the time, on occassions there were crowds of people lined up at the fence with all sorts of cameras snapping away making notes.

Under UK law then threatening to carry out an illegal act can be of itself a crime. For example threatening to keep someone's personal property is potentially conspiracy to theft. Maybe the Police should review some of these videos and follow them up with warnings. After all they are happy enough to pester people legally airing their personal views on Twitter and Facebook.

Sending out a member of staff to follow you around, question you, photograph you and generally attempt to harass you out of your legal rights, could easily get them done under article 240 of the Air Navigation Order: Interfering with a drone flight / endangering an aircraft (manned or unmanned).

Whenever they take photos, ask them for their data protection officers email, in order that you can obtain copies of your data and the lawful reason a random empoyee is taking your picture and to understand how the company is protecting your personal data as a data handler.

GDPR. since photography is legal and a company shouldn't share info ( like a picture ) with the police to get you in trouble over absolutely nothing. Same old problem, they approach you in a public place and then get irritated because you are filming them. Perhaps a slightly firmer response is needed, something along the lines of, If you don't want to be filmed don't approach people in public places who are clearly filming. In this particular instance I'm sure their workplace is not on the grass verge 2 inches from a public footpath. It is very worrying that so many companies employ seemingly stupid people. Let's hope they see the video and realise just how stupid their arguments are.

Once again brilliant night drone footage just a shame that business didn’t have better lighting at night. Interfering with a drone flight may also be an offence under Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order in endangering the aircraft (it does not matter that it is unmanned).

@@northernaudits I love day and night drone footage but for me the night footage with the business lighting gives the footage a whole new dynamic and with the added music gives it even more impact. Thank you NA, and keep bringing the amazing footage please.
