Fun fact: Mozart actually composed some "mirror duets", where you play a duet with sheet music between you, looking at it from different ways, where one person plays from "the right way" and the other from upside down at the same time, and it actually works and that's very cool!

A couple years ago, I wanted to play and get better at violin, but I REALLY hated practicing. I would practice about 20 minutes a day at most. But then, I found Twoset. (This sounds like an advertisement lol.) No, but seriously, after watching Twoset for a while, I started practicing a lot more. Hours a day. Then, more recently, I started practicing less again. I then realized that it was probably because I wasn't watching Twoset as much. So I started watching Twoset more and practicing more. Thank you Twoset for inspiring me to practice more!

Okay this will probably get lost in the comments but I wanted to write it anyway Dearest Brett and Eddy, I don't really know how I could possibly start this letter in a good way. The only thing I know is I want to say some things to the both of you. I don't even know if you guys will ever read this letter, but I really wanted to get it off my chest. First of all I want to say thank you to the both of you. For what? Well, for everything you guys did. I only discovered the wonderful channel about 4 months ago. I was in a very dark place mentally and suddenly some of your video's popped up in my recommendations. 'When Rite Of Spring Takes Over You' made me cry of laughter for the first time in about a year. The humor you guys have is simply hilarious and relatable. It fills my heart with joy knowing there are more (classical) musicians who like to joke around. (Classical)Music absolutely can be fun and I am so happy to see what influence you guys have on the world of classical music. As I said, I was in a very dark place mentally when I discovered your channel. I am a pianist myself and I really was loosing the fun in music I once had. I have several jobs as a pianist, I work with a few choirs and have some places where I'm responsible for the music in the background. I really was on the verge of quitting my jobs as a pianist and never touching the piano again. You guys made me realize why I started playing the piano in the first place, 16 years ago now. (I'm 21 now.) I saw how much fun you two have and how you two touch the lives of so many people. That's what gave me new motivation and the energy to pull through. I am not joking when I say that TwoSet literally saved my life. You guys have created a community where I feel safe enough to chose myself. I have made some A M A Z I N G friends already, who allowed me to heal and grow. Thank you both for showing musicians all around the world that we are worthy of everything when we don't always see it ourselves. Having your video's & community to rely on in moments where it was challenging to put myself first made all the difference in the world. I seriously don't know what I would've done if I hadn't discovered your channel on KZfaq. Brett and Eddy. The both of you are so insanely talented and at the same time so human. You guys don't only show us perfect performances, but also the struggle of practice and the blood, sweat and tears which come with it sometimes. If I need to name one thing you guys have taught me, it would be that ANYTHING is possible with enough practice and patience. We may fall down, we may want to give up, but if we stay put and pull through the dark times, there can and will be endless opportunities. Thank you, Brett and Eddy, for creating such a beautiful community. For being the amazing humans you guys are. You both make this world a little brighter and better, just by being you.
