The plain Mark on the melon is not sun exposure it the side that the melon lays on while in the farm that's how they always have that Mark at times especially the stripe melons they lay on that side from they have been shouted out on the vine and they remain on that side constant until harvest so they don't get to ketch colour. I farm melon constantly and I encounter this regular.

I do a big shopping for the month, it will take me to about 600 to 700 in total between supermarket and international stores or Caribbean store, then I do weekly top up of bread, juice and other things that may be finished. That’s 100 to 150. Four of us in the family. Odd times it’s may go more than the amount but usually when there’s a holiday or special event.
