There are plenty of tourists who became famous travel vloggers when they started a KZfaq channel while visiting Sri Lanka. So all the best guys. "Harald Baldr" is the "Father of modern free style tourism" in Sri Lanka. He is like a family guy to Sri Lankans. He came to Sri Lanka before Covid-19 and stuck with us for more than a year due to lockdowns. We took care of him like family. He almost became a Sri Lankan and introduced "Kassippu" to the world! I highly recommend you to try it. 😋I hope you will also become famous in Sri Lanka. Thank you for visiting our paradise and come again and again. ❤

You seem to have missed out Hikkaduwa which is just a 20 minute drive from Unawatuna, where you would have noticed every single shop sign also in Russian. It has been popular with Russians going back a couple of decades & many are long term residents.

We’ve not been to Hikkaduwa yet, the rain was so bad! Hopefully we can visit before the end of our travels 🙌🏼🇱🇰
