When u bite from middle u get all of it in your first bite, u get the meat, sauce and anything else u like on your burrito in the first bite making it awesome. Like someone said before, with the amount of publicity it got, Justin or someone on his team definitely saw it and probably thought it was funny and let it go. If a celebrity sees someone impersonating them, they immediately call them out. Justin has a sense of humor though, and the picture isn't image damaging really, so there's not much of a problem with not debunking it
