We Found a Heap of Crystals at Crystal Park! Digging for Glassy Quartz Crystals in Montana!

In this one, we head waaay west in Montana with Alexis's cousin and her boyfriend to go dig for quality quartz crystals at the renowned Crystal Park! We set up in a good spot and started working a hole to search for pockets, and Alexis chose to find her own spot to work. The phrase "divide and conquer" definitely applied here! We were all pulling quality crystals all day long, including some glass clear quartz, double terminated crystals, a few beautiful smokies, a handful of scepters, and even two unique skeletal quartz crystals! I wished very much that we had more time to spend working our spots, but the rewards were hard to beat with only a few hours of work! We will absolutely be trying to make it back one more time this summer to see if we can pull a few more treasures! I hope you all enjoyed this one, and I will have another one out very soon!

You are killing it Alexis! Those long beautiful crystals you are finding are gorgeous. And Theo, that smokey is absolutely smokin! but your wife is kicking your butt and Regan pulled, i think the best so far! The best of the day! So many beautiful crystals from everybody! And the kids had fun too! What a great day to be had for all! Thank you for letting us tag along and enjoy the fun!

Another fun trip AND you found beautiful CRYSTALS! It was nice to bring the munchkins along. Alexis your cousin was really cute and dressed for hanging out with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was dressed for a "wallar" in the mud. I liked eveything about this trip. Keep finding the goods and having fun. Be happy, safe and stay healthy 😷⚒

Beautiful Crystals Theo , and MY favorite piece was the cut quarts crystal cut in the box , that is simply stunning . But I agree with you , I thought the scepter was my favorite of the hunt , as they are hard to find . Great hunt overall , see you soon , Cheers

Aww! I'm rather new to the channel and watching a lot of stuff out of order. But I did see your first couple of crystal park trips, and I love that I saw you go from just scouting, to the trip where you guys got your very first super clear smokies (that you busted right out of a virgin vug in host rock) to now really reaping the reward of all the hard-earned work. LOVE any and all Alexis-cam moments. If you're gonna get into digging for crystals/gems, the cheaper Atlas 300-style rubber coated gloves are ubiquitous for good reason. You can buy them in packs of 20, they hold up to rock-work and masonry meaning you can dig for a while before the fingertips wear down, you can have multiples on hand (more dry gloves on hand) if you shake them off good you can throw them in the wash. I wash whole baskets of them. They weigh next to nothing, pack light, and when you lose one, not a big deal. Awesome video again!

Awesome crystals for not too much digging. Always nice! The screens worked out really well. Looks like you might have to soak some of those in iron out or muriatic to get the iron stains off. doesn't look like they're too stained but yeah... You gotta make that scepter shine

Nice video. I was there over Father’s Day this year and had a blast. Was only there like 90 minutes and found a ton. Going back on August 17 for all day.

Team work, it's the way to go ... A buddy of mine heads to Crystal Park every two years from here in Oregon. I might have to go with him on one of the runs .. Theo you ever hit the Rock shop in Virginia City? My cousin Randy owns the place.. We both learned Rockhounding from his Dad in Melstone and Roundup .. Love the smoky but there were quite a few nice clear ones as well and the clusters also. I absolutely love that cut stone you showed towards the end the cut reminds me of a flower. Great video as always thanks for taking us along in the adventure. And Alexis I went rock hounding in my socks in north Carolina lol so your not alone.

Those are lovely Crystal's, Theo. It will be easier when the mud is wetter. My favorite is the most clear one with the point. Beautiful faceting that you've done in the past. It's exciting to see every phase, from finding the stones to watching them transformed to jewelry. Have you ever watched the Sy e Miguel videos?

Love Crystal's bot it's been alot of years. Last time I went CRYSTAL digging was in the Black Rock desert in Navada found my prize crystal 6"tall 4.5" wide and about 2"thick. But I do have a question have you ever Rock hounded rocks on the Big Horn River? Love all the finds from the Yellowstone River. Which I would love to do sometime.

Hehehe !!!! Keep digging.. they will get much better. I'm surprised that you didn't go down the smokey pocket..not usually just one smokey🤣maybe you missed a rich Amount of smokey guys. Go back and dig down where the smokey came out.💎⛏
