I'm 70 now and the best part about getting old is that there's nothing left to prove to anyone. It's a different pace. slower and more deliberate. Never in a hurry, just so long as you git 'er done. The corny jokes make the whole experience all the better. Nicely done, young fellers.

Hello, Mr. Henk, I watch your videos and those of Mr. Wily, they are very funny, but they are also instructive and I can learn something from them. I wish you good luck, keep going. this tractor that you showed at the end of the video is not a Deutz, but it is a Russian T 40 tractor, they also produced air-cooled engines, they also had a smaller tractor model that had two cylinders and was labeled T 25, which was also an air-cooled engine, these numbers mean how many kilowatts the tractor had I can tell you that they were very reliable motors and had good durability, these tractors are still used today

I have a 453turbo and it doesn’t have the emergency shut off. Just depends on the application I think . You guys are very lucky that didn’t run away sitting that long. Started up some easy

worked around Detroit 3 cylinders attached to generators for years NEVER had a Detroit start that fast on a cold start I thought the battery had exploded at first - great video - just a couple of good old boys and a bullet proof Detroit 25 + year cold start !!!

I'll say this, as far as not realizing how tough it is to do everything with one hand, or ho difficult it is for us to watch you two (jokes) but you know.. you guys really have come a long way. You're still the same 2 guys, Hank and Wiley hanging out with old machines in the forest, but I'll say this, your talents have really shown through in overcoming a lot of the forgot this and that and how to do some things.. you've really gotten things together in the recent past. That has to be some kind of record for the fastest you ever got one to fire up. The old Detroits never seem to dissapoint. I have to confess that I don't watch all videos, and sometimes I skip and come back, but I tend to stick mostly to the will it start videos. You and Wiley make an awesome dynamic duo. As for your bad jokes Hank, I hope you keep them coming. Even if Wiley won't laugh, they always get a chuckle out of me. Simple pleasures for simple minds I suppose. Would be cool to see that painted green tractor come back to life. But whatever you and Wiley try to start, I'm sure the two of you will make it entertaining and worth the watch. Keep a few of those long copper crimp connectors, different gauges, in your bag.. if you ever cut your alternator or battery wire accidentally you can just crip one in temporarily..
