I saw a similar comment from someone that watches Tia’s channel. They said on vacations it looked like he didn’t want to be there. My opinion is Tia married a “bum” and now that he’s doing well his behavior changed. Tia was the “come up” woman.

Met my wife when I was 18 and have been married 20 years. Some days I think we won’t make it, then again, some days are amazing. Once you have children it really changes the dynamics of the relationship. Most aren’t able to balance life, kids and romance. Priorities change and it’s easy to lose focus on sustaining the union. Also, if you fall in love at an early age each side grows and sometimes grow apart. I’m sure they tried to make it work over the years. Hope they both find love eventually.

I explained on another channel that this is shocking, but not really when you look at body language. Cory always seemed detached, dry, and not there…while Tia always seemed vibrant and full of life. There was definitely a disconnect. Also, they got together when they were young and people change. Also, it’s interesting to me that Tia never dated other people. Not that you need to, but it helps you understand what you really like.

Prenups get a bad rap. It doesn't mean you get nothing. It's a pre contractual agreement that in the event we split this is how it will go and who gets what. Signing it means you agree with the terms. This Including money, property assets and children etc and even spousal support. Even without the prenup I don't see them fighting. I think they just grew apart and are just different people. Sadly that happens in longer lasting marriage's

They were so opposite. Tia is bubbly outgoing loving and goofy. Corey is just laid back chill and kinda zoned out. I remember Tia said that she was the type to be over dramatic and used the example of how they reacted differently. She'd be like "Corey there's a tornado outside!!!!!" while panicking and Corey would just say "Okay" and sit back and chill with no reaction at all. She said that drove her crazy because he just was too chill about everything. In one video she bought him a present and he was so nonchalant about it, not a smile or enthusiasm at all.

I’ve never heard of letting a baby sleep in mom and dads bed working out well. Not for the marriage or the kids. It’s too much. Get the bassinet next to the bed. Babies need the separation to understand that when mommy leaves she comes back. That’s how they develop a secure attachment and how to self sooth. I feel like a lot of moms parent around their feelings and not necessarily from the needs of the child.

I also agree those videos of people discussing her telling about how she scheduled them to have sex 1 day a week stating they would never find time otherwise. If he was fine with it at some point it was going to doom them. I also don't think he cared that she told that on social media. I love them but it seemed to sit back & quietly stew while she was bubbly to the point of being exhausting. There's also a video of him talking about relationships and she makes a tiny comment- he snaps and says "Can I finish! " . She gets a look on her face like a 5 yr old whose mommy or daddy yelled at her.

Relationships that begin at an early age are at a very high risk of failing because at a young age you are still learning, growing and don't really see thing's for what they are, but when you grow you discover who you, mature, experience life differently and outgrow Relationships... they both may just have outgrown this marriage and discovered they would be more happier and true with themselves if they parted way's... though you can definitely see tia was the one the most invested... sad when families break apart.

But the relationships of our great grandparents and grandparents often started at young ages. They didn’t typically get married in their mid or early thirties…they were married with kids in their 20’s. Those marriages lasted long because although they grew…they grew up TOGETHER… We are all constantly growing at what age can you say, you are now mature enough? People who are 40 look at themselves at 30 as immature. It’s a constant cycle of evolution. If you wait too long (especially for women) the options you may have when you feel ready might be very sub par…

@@ahealingplace7350 I brought up grandparents to reference a dynamic of marriage that works..clearly this generation is going about it wrong because we have almost 50% divorce rate now. The avg woman, waiting into her thirties will be less attractive to the type of man she probably wants. You can accept that or not, but it remains true. You limit your options the longer you wait. I’m not saying you can’t have an opinion either. But opinions are like a-wholes…everybody has one. And not everyone’s is right. And the only reason I commented is because the narrative that waiting longer to mature will hurt more women in the long run. Not women like Tia, or celebs..but the avg black women who has a 1/4 chance of marriage as is…she will not benefit from being told to put marriage off for longer to wait to reach some level of mature at which suddenly marriage is manageable…

Met my husband when I was 23 he was 31, became really good friends and then realized when we weren't together/in each other's company, we were really missing each other! Talked about the pros and cons if we became a couple and if our friendship would remain if the relationship part of it didn't work. We decided to go for it and we've been together 26 years this September gone, have 2 gorgeous sons and have never been happier 😊. We don't argue which is hard to believe but when the other has done something and we are angry we don't talk to each other we wait until we've both calmed down and then we sit down and talk things through. Being angry is the worst thing ever because you end up saying things you don't mean but then can't take it back. My husband and I are the happiest and what makes it all worth while is our son's saying they want a relationship like their father and I ❤😊 they have said they won't get into a serious relationship until they find a woman like they're mum which melts my heart but then again I want them to meet someone special but I guess I can wait 😊. Relationships are hard and you have to work at them. Not necessarily for the children but for yourselves. Children should never make you want to stay because they can pick up on the tension that your both causing which could be harmful to them. So always work on yourselves first. Date nights are great if not date nights because you can't get a baby sitter do it when they are at school if you work do something at home, there's always a way to make that special time for each other 😊. I hope these two can make it work but if not they are both grounded enough to be civil and not allow their children to suffer. Hope you don't mind me having my two cents but I love to tell people about my relationship and how to make it work ❤

❤️‍🔥 *1st…BLESSINGS ON YOUR UNION*❣️ BUT…there are 2 things you said that seem contradictory: #1: Relationships are NOT hard work when you’re with the right person, and YOUR marriage proves it. When 2 people truly and equally love each other, the relationship isn’t hard because those 2 people genuinely want what the connection brings into their lives. Relationships are only hard when you’re trying to force something that you really don’t want or shouldn’t be. It’s kinda like the old saying, “When you make a career out of something you love to do, you’ll NEVER WORK a day in your life.” #2: The things that come out of your mouth must first be thought in your mind, which trickles from what you feel in your heart. There’s no such thing as saying things you don’t mean, but there is a certain thing as saying things you regret. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m pretty sure that if we all laid our relationships in front of others there would be multiple red flags. The point is crap happens in every relationship. The best you can do is work with your significant other to improve everyday. But if things don’t improve, or one stops wanting to work on it, then really you may have to gracefully bow out. Some may say, relationships back in the day used to last forever. Maybe so, but if you really examine some of those relationships, you just might be scared of the dirt under the rug, or the skeletons in the closet. Think carefully before getting married.
