My girlfriend and I celebrate Valentine's Day at White Castle. You can call ahead, reserve a table and order from a special couples menu. They even have someone wait on the table like you're at a sit-down restaurant. You guys should do that and film it!

+kikisian +Ʀιηηγ. Yeah, I went once on a road trip with my now wife, it was beyond dissapointing. All the seats were filthy, the interior didn't look "retro" so much as just run down (all original furniture, floor, wallpaper or paint from 80s), and YEAH, the burgers WERE dry as fuck. I think I got two or three sliders, each one had a single pickle on it and then a shitload of what looked like minced onion from old school Happy Meals. It was supremely shit.

I was born in 1980 (I still look and think like a teen to some degree, but anyway), and I feel like one of the biggest sea changes ever in food (particularly fast food) during the last decade or two is the addition of all these gourmet burger chains (Shake Shack, FIve Guys and now I notice a SmashBurger here in NYC). This new trend threatens to make the classic McD's & Wendy's & BK half-obsolete with their better quality product, but I think White Castle offers something different enough to still be of value in spite of the recent significant innovations in fast food burgers.
