I'm so thankful for my family. When I dreamed up this project I was going to do it in North Georgia. The universe told me to come home and allow my family to help. I wouldn't have been able to do this without having my family on my side. I'm so thankful for them. They all get to relax and enjoy this space.

You know I have learned something about you and austin that I can literally take for myself. Instead of sitting in one spot and observe, I can literally get up and do something that I can see from beginning to finish that will last a lifetime. The moral of the story is to get up and go!!! Thank you for being here and for watching. We love the Biogas system it's much cheaper than getting a full septic system and you actually get to use a real toilet and the warm/cold water bidet just takes it up another level. My family is all about love and they help me so much!

We live in it and rent it out as well. We have other places to stay on the property. I’ve always wanted a tiny home and I took a creative approach to pay it off. I love my family. Yes, we plan to add more tiny homes as well.

I'm going a different route with a similar "cashflow the home" concept. instead of short-term RE like BnB, I'm looking to buy a tiny home/trailer that I can move onto a $1500/acre property in the desert, and I can monetize it by producing solar. this comes with its own problems, like having to truck in and store water on the property, learning the in's and out's of operating a solar farm and installing panels and batteries, and also meeting city guidelines to get approved to sell energy to the grid. I just bought a 10-acre property at this price and I'm excited to get this project underway. also, small world! i remember you from some Downielive videos. glad to see you're doing well! best wishes!

@@WillEdmond sollar arrays sadly have security issues. the Tesla powerwall batteries alone are $8500 a piece and are often stolen. so sadly documenting it may be asking for trouble. but it is absolutely something I could definitely consider once I have physical security measures in place :)

I just stumbled onto this vid in my feed. Just wanted to say: Awesome. Interesting. A beautiful. Thank you for sharing your vid. Makes me wish I could do the same. I'm tired of paying rent and now that I have a grandson, been wishing I had something to leave him. I'm 71. Don't know how many days, yrs I have left. I got a tiny house in backwoods Louisiana that I and my contractor built the inside to my desire. I am thinking about building a rental tent haven. It may take some time to get that section started. Love ya tiny home.
