People think that there is a poor narrative but I’ve found that Japanese and black people can get along in my personal experience. This family had a wonderful attitude, was respectful of the culture and of their hosts, and painted a positive picture of Americans abroad. A perfect contest winner! 🏅

Imagine your first trip to Japan being this awesome! The free flight, amazing hotels, great food, unique experiences and the best company! Remembering my first trip to Japan, I can relate to Vanessa's dad vowing to come back again. 😂🤣 The winner of the second campaign would be very very lucky! Most of the cooking done in our house is Chinese (my wife is Chinese), but I love Japanese food, so I will cook it also. We don't have a clay pot though. It would be really great for many dishes - Chinese and Japanese. I should look into it.

in my culture the eldest wear red! so the fathers clothing is so fitting in his red garb. i wonder if Japanese have colors dedicated to status?? i wonder because also the younger wear navy as well in my culture! i find it so interesting how similar our cultures can be yet so vastly different and so far apart. almost as if we inherently assign colors as humans without knowing. :) awesome vlog.

So, I'm super new to the channel. I got recommended the collab video you did with Uncle Roger (sorry children) and now the first video I'm seeing is this one. I pretty much had a smile on my face the entire time. Having subscribers/fans come for a visit to Japan to see you and your family, is amazing. And the fact they sound like they know some basic Japanese is also awesome. Great food, amazing company, little Sutan having a ball with Vanessa - makes for a great video. So, thank you from a new fan of the channel. Having a hard day be somewhat relieved by this fun wholesome video is great. I look forward to more smiles in the future (and watching past videos of course lol).
