You think about that early morning when all God's children will be gathering home in Heaven, oh what a time. Here is Pastor Smith leading his Beulahland congregation in worship. He planned to preach that Sunday but after singing this hymn, the spirit moved the church in another direction. Enjoy!

But black churches don't learn the verses to hymns. We just loop the chorus over and over. "I Need Thee Every Hour" has some profound verses, but all we hear is "I Neeeeeeed Thee, Oooooooooooooooooh, I neeeeeeed thee. Eeeeeeeeeeeevery hour I neeeeeed thee.
