Hip To Be Square is a song so catchy most people probably don't listen to the lyrics - but they should! Because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself!

His songs are always fun, and his voice is so raspy cool cat sounding.

Great group from the 80's-90's. They had a lot of great hits such as "Do You Believe In Love", "Workin' For A Livin'", "Heart & Soul", "The Heart Of Rock & Roll," "If This Is It", "Stuck With You", "Jacob's Ladder" etc. They also did the song "Power Of Love" from the 1985 movie "Back To The Future".

To me, this is the very definition of rock 'n' roll! You can't stay seated. 😄

Cool song very good singer. My favorite songs by them are But it's Alright a cover by JJ Jackson in 1966 and Power of Love. Huey had a hearing issue wasn't able to sing I hope it's corrected by now.Also a nice down to earth guy.
