I was trying to record some of the burnouts but when you just see smoke and hear it, you dont feel its fully worth it lol. Especially with that pad and how people kept smacking the wall.

Maybe a laser pointing straight up or spinning on the top of the vehicle would be the way to go. Don’t think it’s cool to have a pad that’s going to almost ensure that your going to damage your expensive vehicle. Then your participants are just going to bring disposable junk vehicles,. It’s a burn out competition, not a demolition derby. Yes still a new kind of thing , but I’m sure a lot of the competitors were thinking twice about wether it was worth possibly destroying their vehicle, like Cleetus did.

It was smart financially I think but in terms of gaining subscriber attention they should have promoted that as I think that merch payouts are probably realistically more. A decal on the car would have been enough
