Cologne isn't necessarily just for men, but it's a common misconceptions. It's the concentration in the fragrance. So, Eau de Colognes are the least concentrated, Eau de Parfumes are the most concentrated, and Eau de Toilettes are in the middle. There's percentages to it, but I don't know them.
