In this talk Jenny shares her personal stories about sexuality and aging. Jenny Simanowitz was born in South Africa and studied at the University of Cape Town and Trinity College Cambridge. She has worked in Europe as an international Communications Trainer and also as a performer for over 20 years, running communication courses, performing and moderating for international corporations and higher education colleges. From her workshops, in which she uses many theatrical elements, she developed her “communications cabaret” which she now performs in Austria and Germany- in theatres, educational institutes and corporate events. She was a founder member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology at Warwick University, England. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

You are about to create all that you will look back on someday. You have the power to choose. The next time you’re faced with worry, breathe in. Choose to be present. Choose to be curious. The next time you notice yourself postponing joy, simply tell yourself, “I’m allowed to enjoy this.” Do that enough times, and you may just find it will add up to a life well-lived.

Do I got you hahaha, you've hit on a lot of issues and I thank you for bringing them up the other thing I want to ask is have you ever written a story for someone else about what they've gone through in their life to make it what it has some calm and what can be done to make it prosper after loss and depression and despair ingredion Faith and Hope can we put our heads together and do it? God loves you and takes care of you for the arrival of this message to you. God is the one who created this universe and He is the one who controls it. The biggest loss that a person loses in this life is to live while he does not know God and the Messenger of Muhammad, the last of the prophets and the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions. From the great intelligence of any person before he He believes in something or does not believe in it, that he read it, study it, and understand it well, and then he has the choice and judgment on it. I advise you to do so before you do not have time for that.
