Congratulations on starting a business Andrey ! I wish you success in this difficult task, it is really not easy, I have already made three flutes for sale here in the Philippines but no one has bought them yet. I even have an idea to just go to the Kaputyan beach and sell them there because I really need money.

Wow this is my first time watching a foreigner baking filipino breads/pastries. Because usually i watch foreigners cooking filipino viands only. Thank you for this. You made my day! ❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩✨✨✨✨👏👏👏

Yeah very interesting. I have seen a lot of their vlogs and they really eat a lot of bread there in Russia. They cook savory PH food too and has now added viands to their delivery service. It is also very impressive they learned to incorporate rice to their meals since Filipino foods are very strong and savory, it will be too salty without rice.

This is so beautiful! Andrei, please inform your mom that pandesal is shaped more oval than round. That's how Filipinos identify pandesal from other buns in the store. Try dipping pandesal in your coffee. That's how we eat it specially when it's cold outside. You have a wonderful family. I hope someday all of you will be able to come back to the Philippines!

You should try Pan de Coco as well but I suppose coconut would be so premium in your part of the world! Desiccated coconut would be the closest you can have there. Freshly grated and candied coconut is still the best filling, I think.😊 It’s heartwarming to know that you have decided to make and sell our very own pandesal and other breads plus egg pie. All best to your new venture, Mabuhay!🫶🏼

Well done Andre and to your family for embracing part of our culture and introducing it to Russian consumers. I used to eat sliced bread toasted with butter every morning. I've now changed my morning brekky with pandesal and then I would dip it into the nescafe blend 43 coffee. Brings back memories of my childhood. I appreciate that big leap that your family is doing and hope Russian would like the taste of our Filo pastries. Take care to your mom, yourself and family.

I pray that your business plan will flourish. You can also incorporate leafy veggies in your pandesal (like moringa leaves, kale etc). For the filling (palaman), you can also have it with spam, corned beef, or left overs like adobo. Fry the leftover adobo to make it a little crispy then put it inside the pandesal. Wow! May God bless you and your family ❤.

Outstanding and excellent!!! Looks like you folks are in the process of becoming great bakers. Pan De Sal is a favorite breakfast item for Filipinos because it's good with fried eggs, Longaniza pork sausage, with coffee or hot milk chocolate. This is a favorite for Filipino people on the go, made fresh and very early in the morning in every town or city so families can have a sit down breakfast before everyone goes to work or school.

Every thing your mom and sister made looks delicious, and wish I could try them now! I haven’t made pandesal in a year, and if you want, you could also make them stuffed with cheese. The Spanish bread, and egg pie look perfect! You can add leche flan to your menu. Here in the US, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and sweet potato pie are very popular at this time of the year. And if they’re not something eaten in your area, maybe add it to your menu as well. Love the vlog and the music in the background. Take care! 🥰
