For the filling (palaman), you can also have it with spam, corned beef, or left overs like adobo. Fry the leftover adobo to make it a little crispy then put it inside the pandesal. Wow! Pan De Sal is a favorite breakfast item for Filipinos because it's good with fried eggs, Longaniza pork sausage, with coffee or hot milk chocolate. This is a favorite for Filipino people on the go, made fresh and very early in the morning in every town or city so families can have a sit down breakfast before everyone goes to work or school.

The Spanish bread, and egg pie look perfect! You can add leche flan to your menu. Here in the US, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and sweet potato pie are very popular at this time of the year.
