Our goal was to test the Mammoth’s efficiency and find out how long it would take to burn through its entire 40 lb hopper
It ran overnight from Monday morning all the way until Wednesday evening without skipping a beat

I think the best test would be if you use the pro controller. PID is good but pro mode and how long it last is more important for me. I may run my test soon at pro mode. Great job so far.

So what is causing the hopper fires and is thing safe to run overnight ?

I would like to see how much smoke it produces, if it back burns into the hopper at high temps. I have a different vertical smoke that at 350 degrees it starts smoking from the hopper. How many wood chunks can it handle. Ash clean out. This smoker needs more exposure.
