Job burnout is a real and serious thing. Levels of stress hormone build up in your body which if unaddressed can lead to serious health problems. Your desire to take a break and relax indicates your body trying to cope with the stress.

I can only imagine the daily grind of this. You SHOULD take breaks once in a while. Recharge the old battery. Even our Savior needed small breaks from the crowds.
