How much does it cost to travel to England? And what are the requirements to travel there? Also where are the most lgbt friendly areas? Also is it better to stay in a hotel or Air bnb? The only place my husband and I have gone outside the US is Peurto Vallarta, Mexico, because it's super cheap and lgbt friendly.

I live in the UK. Cost generally depends on where you're travelling from and how long? Airbnb vs hotel depends on where you're staying, there's a big Airbnb market here. I'd say Airbnbs may be easier to get if you're staying in the country as opposed to a city. The UK is generally very lgbt friendly, the biggest hub would be Brighton (short train journey from London and by the sea). London also has a thriving gay community with lots of gay bars

The UK as a whole is pretty LGBT friendly. My wife and I moved to Cornwall a few years ago from London and we were worried about being more rural, but nobody cares - we’ve never had an issue. Some places are more densely populated with gay folk, like Brighton, and cities generally have a ‘gay quarter’ where there are more bars etc together. Manchester, London and Liverpool are great for that. In terms of staying here, it depends on what you want. You can get a city centre place, or if you stay somewhere like Cornwall you can get self catering accommodation including cottages etc. In Brighton we stay in a B&B - they’re popular in seaside towns, they tend to be much smaller and mean ‘bed and breakfast’ - so many options, and it depends on what you want. ❤

Airbnb is through the roof expensive anywhere now, they add insane cleaning fees. Hotels are more affordable to stay at. It’s very stupid to support Airbnb still

@@erikao3982same! also if you’re unsure of areas, a hotel makes sense. Especially in London - you could land up in a bad spot right near a decent spot 😂 Airbnb totally screwed us over in a dangerous situation so hotels are better. Oh and not having to clean the entire place as if I’m not paying a cleaning fee is gold
