Have you guys looked into "other" types of events like maybe a small concert or something completely not automotive? Long term that seems to be a formula for success for venues.

Can’t really go wrong with a new Audi RS3. Few bolt on and you can push a ton of hp. Plus launch control. You can be doing 0-60 in around 2 seconds

The Nascar Whelen Modifieds and ISMA Supermodifieds are some of the most exciting short track series out there (so fast). Getting them to (or perhaps back to) the FF would be dope.

Owning your own circle track: fun. Renting the track to outside events: smart. The track needs to make revenue to be long term sustainable.

If it makes money then it makes sense... Whatever it takes to grow the channel an the track.. it's a win win long as the track is respected an not damaged

Such an awesome idea letting in outside events :) , Make sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed especially the liability stuff and that promoters/drivers/spectators understand the rules of engagement and your not backed by some big dollars as so many stories out there of tracks being closed cause of one persons mistakes. Keep it up, you have put in some hard work and even though i am on the other side of the world love to see the place sometime in the future to support it

im so happy for cleet for all he has built. the leap of faith he took in buying the track, and right before covid, he maintained his composure and built something special. now he is having other promoters wanting to use his property. what a testament.

Getting outside events to the track will mean some proper addition income especially considering that there is plenty time the track is not used. Sounds great!

this could potentially bring a whole lot of money to invest into your future projects or the FF itself, since the oval itself while in it's shape right now it's usable, i can imagine down the line you'd want to repave it all, that or add more facilities for food or other stuff, the only downside i can see is the potential thrashing of the place that could happen but people seemed really respectful of the place as a whole so i'm not THAT worried about that, seems like a good chance to try stuff out man

I honestly think what you're doing and building is incredible, and opening up the property to more events and groups is a huge opportunity, especially when working with creative minds like Clutch Kickers and long time race officials who can utilize the Freedom Factory in ways even your crazy brain wouldn't have thought. Bringing about the idea of "what can we really do with this place? What's the next step forward?" Is huge for you and your team and it's exciting to me to see as someone who wants to attend events and hopefully participate one day. Right now I'm living in Houston, and we got the sad news earlier this year that Houston Raceway Park is closing in spring of ’22, so hearing that a track not only is growing and expanding and holding its own events, but also having outside promotors and groups add to that schedule and give even more back to this sport and community is absolutely fantastic, for you and for anyone else in the auto industry. Have at it! Have fun with your compound and don't let anyone take the fun out of what you do with it, it's not their business and company to build, just keep giving your people something to enjoy, whether you lead the event or just provide the means for it's existence

I think renting out the FF is a great idea. The facility just sites empty between your event anyways and this way you can make some money. You could also do the concessions for all of the events. My idea for you to win the spectator drags is to "borrow" the Hoonicorn from Ken Block. I'm sure he'd be down. 😗

I'm so juiced ya'll are hosting clutch kickers! A local track up here in Massachusetts was up for sale and was going to be bought by a luxury apartment company but there was a petition signed by thousands of people convincing the owners to not sell the track to them. The owner ended up selling to someone that wants to restore and refresh the track! I have a feeling who ever bought it was inspired by what you're doing and I hope it revives old tracks everywhere before its too late! Maybe even bring in some new ones!

The national compact series runs at my local track in Michigan. They put on a good show every time! I think it will go great for you guys.

Some day you might consider covering it in dirt for an event. Maybe that's a couple years down the road, but I've seen it done before to spice up asphalt tracks and it brings in a totally different type of group of fans.

The Trackhawk is AWD and you've expressed intrest in them befor. Something more cost effective would be a Silverado SS which is a platform that has dominated spectator drags at other tracks.

Find as many revenue streams for the FF as possible! It’d be a good place to host an AG/Lawn equipment expo (vendor races included). Find a Freedom MRAP for the pull.

I think it's a great idea. Part of revamping the track I would think would be to bring racing back to the area. You've done an outstanding job getting the track up to par and I think it's only right to let the next generation of racers in to make some lifetime memories 🤙
