i worked in a shop for many years and no company has as many failed transmission as dodge from what i saw there but to be fair i dont think any car with a automatic trans likes that hill

@Jeremy R im definetly talking about dodge.. when i was in colorado i seen brand new dodges gernade there trans in the moutains and after working in a shop for almost a decade i have seen countless dodge transmissions fail and rarly anything else. dodge is know for under engineering lol the sebring is a classic example it starves the head from getting enough oil to lube the valve guids. maybe you got that rare well built on a tuesday model. and by the way i never specificly said "rams" i said dodge but ya rams are known to slip based on what ive seen

Thats why GM/Chevy have the Allison A1000 Transmission. The absolute best automatic trans there is. But dodge makes the best manual trans there is sooooo....

back in the day and I mean the mid-eighties my friends and I saw something in bmx plus about coasting downhill. you take the cranks out of the bottom bracket turn the frame upside down reassemble the bike and turn the handlebars backwards. duct tape an old banana seat on top of the bottom bracket and you're ready to go. your feet go on the back axle pegs. you also need skateboarder plastic-covered knee pads to help you in the turns. I live in Chattanooga Tennessee and we have two mountains Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain. long story short we burnt up a lot of Kool Stop brake pads and you had to have Tuff wheel twos on your bike or the heat from using your brakes on aluminum rims would melt your tires. on the straight-aways we actually clocked ourselves at 60 miles an hour. and we had no police support. we just did it. I am now in my late forties pushing 50 and looking back I wonder how any of us are still alive after pulling that stunt. I love with a new school Riders can do but I can't ride their bikes I hate the geometry. I guess I'm just an old fart thinking about the good old days. my Matt Hoffman Condor is an awesome bike but for flat land it's so heavy. and my Auburn race bike is just too Snappy with its bolt on short rear end to even ride a wheelie down the street. I wish I had never sold my GHP trix. it was a prototype given to a friend of mine at the Murray World Cup in Nashville. Greg gave him the frame and fork when he saw him riding his GHP with his foot behind his head. he actually got his picture in BMX Plus or BMX action I can't remember. the Greg Hill gave him a frame and fork to test out..... when my friend couldn't even do a simple cherry picker. anyway i wound up with the bike and it was the greatest bike that I ever had. I sold it in the mid-nineties to finance a musical tour for my band. I've been kicking myself in the ass ever since.

I've hit 35 miles per hour on a sledding hill by my house and the hill was soaked in rain so I was in danger of slipping and dying and they was scary as hell I can't imagine what it would be like to to a hang 5 at that speed!
