Welcoming and much needed. Adding it to contract would help speedup the process of bringing equity of treatment, normalize it rather than waiting for the society to get empowered and start doing the right thing.

I worked as makeup artist in wonder women and i felt tht everybody , every work was respected there. It was like family nd positive energy. This respect i dont felt in bollywood project

Recently films like Jay Jay Jay he, Chathuram are women centric and those films ran successfully. If good stories are produced with women centric people will watch and accept. There is another film called Udal where it's a hit movie

Movies like these throw light into prenatal classes which every women should attend during pregnancy. I never did and I must say I paid the price for it. Doctors in pvt hospitals take advantage of ignorant pregnant women, trying to scare u for small complications, forcing u to opt for an unnecessary c section and things like that. Speaking from experience.

The movie was such a disaster. And they expect all women centric movies should get enough attention? Don't think its likely unless it got a pretty interesting context regardless of any gender lol
