Welcome to Royal Hills in the countryside in France. This place can be seen as probably the worlds biggest public jump line. €30 euros a day and you can ride here at the RH Experience and wow…what a trip it was. @@LewisBuchanan Deity makes a saddle specifically for DH rigs called the "sidetrack" that has the buzz-cut so you don't smack your rear tire every time you land heavy. You'll need an I-beam seatpost for it though.

They are bigger. Around 110 feet lip to lip but if you want to jump them properly than it's more than 110 feet. I've talked to Clemens Kaudela. He mentioned sometimes when you overjump them it could be around 130 feet.

@@Nein_doch_oooh that is very wrong. If you look when they first made it sam Reynolds said it was 80 ft to case pad and 90ft to clear it properly.

@@angusashworth9714 it's very true. I used to live in Austria. Clemens Kaudela aka C-Dog is from Austria too. He lives in Mistelbach. He builds the biggest jumps in the world including Nico Vink which I know too. Now I live in the south of sunny Spain. My local bikepark is La Fenasosa. I used to talk with Nico a lot. He built nearly every single line in La Fenasosa. The jumps in Stellenbosch in South Africa are the biggest jumps in the world including the jumps in Malmedy Belgium. The biggest jump in Stellenbosch was always around 100 feet. Now go watch the new Sam Reynolds video and listen to what he says. He clearly says the biggest jump is/will be around 110 feet. Clemens told me he once overshot the biggest jump in Stellenbosch and after that he measured the tire mark and he couldn't believe his own eyes. It was around 130 feet. I think there is also an old video from Sam Reynolds KZfaq channel where he says the exact same thing which I told you.

Hope the leg came good, quickly. Lewis, hows the bike going? Its funny because ive been looking at getting an airdrop OR a coal bike. And now you and tommy c are riding a bit together. I can only imagine the feeling when you are SO high in between the jumps.. as a 49 yr old recent returner to Mtb i know THATS never going to happen.
