After adding the potatoes, add two large rocks and spread the mixture over a sheet of cardboard on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Discard the mixture, eat the cardboard and the rocks.

Have you ever tried it? Apparently you do not live in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, or Texas. We do enjoy eating alligator gar. There are plenty of recipes on KZfaq for eating this fish. I guess we are all wrong and you are the expert, lol!
