Yes, I'm afraid that whomever purchases the place will end up trashing the interior and starting over. Perhaps the guest quarters will be left alone as it is unique and might be worth keeping as is but the rest needs to be redone for most people's tastes.

@@AbingdonCo So how are you in a small plane if you are not the pilot? I can very well see that being in control of the plane makes it easier to deal with as I tend to have the same issues with height.

@@nanoflower1 if I’m not flying the plane, I’m sleeping in the back. I was the baby whose parents would drive around the block to get to go to sleep. Deep engine sounds can put me out in a heartbeat

She may have the same problem I have because of having to hold onto, or have a rail. It's not height, its edges, unguarded edges especially. A dr. told me that and it cleared up a lot of " what the **** is wrong with me" that weighed on me for many years. Also some (mild) PTSD mixed in. When he wallked to the point I had trouble even watching, breathing, heart palpitations, yep, truly, truly.

Abington is an absolute charmer. nice to finally see a beautiful woman on this channel that is as intelligent as she is gorgeous. saying it will take an acquired taste to buy is an understatement. i don't think i've seen anything so garish and tacky at the same time. this is the quintessential example of money doesn't buy taste

Onyx is different from marble. When we look from the outside, it is difficult to distinguish from marble, but onyx is transparent and marble is not. Marble is extracted from layers close to the surface of the earth, but onyx is extracted from layers much deeper than marble. marble composition is calcium carbonate CaCO3 onyx composition is silicon dioxide, SiO2

Onyx is actually a type of marble and it has many of the same properties. The difference is the stunning patterns and veining in each slab.

Onyx and marble are strikingly similar, but there are a few difference between marble and onyx; Onyx is a kind of quartzite known as chalcedony, whereas marble is a metamorphic rock. That Tesla freaked me out too, I had no idea they could come towards you remotely :') I don't think I'd trust autopilot, Michael being worried is understandable especially considering how many idiots have driving licenses these days! You know what's ironic, Michael has no problem flying planes at thousands of feet but is nervous to walk down steps and stand on a balcony X'D That penthouse is stunning, $13M though... I'd just live in a slightly upscale apartment for a much cheaper cost. I though Adam was wearing a GMT II but turns out it's just a mimic bracelet

.... another 10/10 Video 📷!✨✨ Just a miscellaneous remark: What I find so admirable and unique about Producer Michael , is that, despite his extreme wealth , all of the videos which display his various collections such as. his jewelry , watches, cars, fashion, etc., I never detect the slightest degree of arrogance or entitlement. What is clearly conveyed is simply a very talented Man who is passionate about these "one of a kind" works of art, and how they were built and the Masterminds behind them. I'm being loquacious here because we see so many people who buy Ferraris and yachts and Gems with one "end " in mind: to flaunt their riches and impress their social circle

Though I would have some issues with that stair case. More so just because I would worry about the surface being slippery. It's not exactly great for women wearing skirts when there are people below unless they like being on display.

This is a beautiful Las Vegas penthouse. I like the artistic glass stairway. I like the glass pedant dragon art. I like tyhe natural stone and onyx in the penthouse. I like the bathroom vessel sink with the fishes pictures.
