I can’t imagine eating that many desserts to make it worth the price. There are lots of places to watch fireworks, so I couldn’t justify the cost.

Y’all should try the fireworks package at Rose & crown in Epcot next! We walked up and got in for it when we were there a few weeks ago. I think it was $91.00 per person. All you can eat & drink. Comes with an appetizer, entree, dessert and drinks. It was awesome!

Regarding Jumping Around: I do this with my son every day when I drop him off at day care. We met you on our October 2021 trip. We met your Dad and I was able to “jump around” with my son. Now, when he is sad at day care at drop off I say “wait at the window and we will jump around”. I run out the door then wave and jump while singing the song. All the kids at the center join in at the window. 😂 this is the impact you made in our life!!

It’s so weird to me that they now have more than one option, until today I thought there was just the one on the terrace (in the past, were the hub ones a reserved area/no dessert situation? 🤔) Very weird though, seeing as the fireworks aren’t that long and people aren’t likely to be actively eating or sampling the dessert spread during the show. Seems very money grab ish (of course) but I appreciate your showing this particular option

We did the Seats & Sweets to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Had 2 CM escort us to the best seats at the railing while calling ‘Make way for the love birds, 50 years married!’. They took our ECVS to the parking spot for us, then later brought us cake with candles while everyone applauded & we turned bright red. Did we enjoy it? Well since I doubt we will reach our 100th. Oh you betcha. Having Tink so close was a big plus.

on our first trip with the kids we booked the terrace fireworks dessert party...We took the option to watch the fireworks during the party. It was great, the person seating us saw the "it's my Birthday" button on my oldest daughters shirt and set us at the railing. It was the best seat! If you were paying attention you could see Tinkerbell's face when she flying over, on the zip line (from the castle to somewhere behind the Terrace) It was so cool! And the desserts were amazing...the kids were full of sugar

I did it with my daughter in June. Dessert was ok, we loved having our private viewing area, especially avoiding the large crowd.

We did the sweets and treats last year. It was a little pricey, but to me it was worth not having to deal with the crowds. The desserts were just OK for me. The best things were the chocolate covered strawberries, and the donuts. We sat right next to the railing and Tinker Bell literally flew right over my head! It was amazing! One thing is that if you are sitting at tomorrowland Terrace during the fireworks, you are not as close to the castle, and not able to see the images that are shown on the castle. But to me, it was definitely worth it, the fireworks were amazing and I would do it again!! Sometime in the future hopefully. Glad you enjoyed it!

WOW...The fireworks looked AMAZING!!! I can't even imagine what they looked like that close and in person. Beautiful. The desserts looked good, nothing spectacular. You're definitely paying for the private area showing. Great video!

I'd rather work hard to score a California Grill reservation around the same time of the fireworks and watch from their Terrace. At least I get a full course meal for $89 versus cupcakes and juice for $100.

Loved this! I’m going next month with my daughter and granddaughters. We are doing the seats and sweets to avoid the crowds on Main Street. Dealing with anxiety and those fireworks crowds are not good.

Happy you got to have this experience. In "the old days" we would always waych the fireworks from the terrace. Nothing like seeing Tink fly right toward you ❤️. Those chocolate covered strawberriesvlooked delicious!!

My family did 2 different fireworks dessert a few years back (one at MK, one at Epcot) and it was amazing. Cost was a bit less expensive than now, but still pricey. The desserts were all you could eat and everything was absolutely amazing. We didn’t eat dinner that night, just so we could eat more desserts 😁 one of my children’s favorite memories!

When we first started doing the dessert party around 2013/2014 they had the cheeseburger spring rolls AND the ooey gooey toffee cake from Liberty Tree too! They definitely need something more than cheese & crackers for savory. But you just can’t beat having a reserved area for fireworks. We prefer the after party because we always feel rushed at the pre party. And with the post party we can enjoy our sweets while the crowds exit the park.

We have done it a couple of times but we did the after party. I like that because we were sitting and eating while the park was clearing out. We also don't usually eat much for dinner before. Like someone said below, they used to have the hamburger spring rolls and the ooey gooey toffee cake from Liberty Tree. I missed those the last time that we went. The space in the hub is amazing! Glad you had a good time!

We did this as a fun splurge to celebrate the end of the school year! We enjoyed it, especially with the private fireworks area, although I would not spend the money to do it again. They cater very well to those who eat gluten free, which was nice!

I did this back in March. I think not having to fight for a good viewing spot and be shoulder to shoulder with everyone during the fireworks is worth it alone. If I did it again I would probably do the one when you have dessert after the fireworks so you don’t feel at all rushed.

When I went they had the cheeseburger spring rolls at the dessert party. They were in that silver warmer that you passed in the video. But I don't know if that's what was inside it when you went. The pre-party actually looked like that is a better option. I went to the after party and the line was so long at the buffet. It took forever to get food. But when you went it didn't look that bad since everyone arrives at different times.

I've never done Magic Kingdom dessert party but we did do Hollywood Studios Star Wars galactic dessert party. It was great. My daughter showed a little apprehension toward the stormtroopers so there were five or six that swarmed around her for awhile and my son who is a huge Star Wars guy totally got a kick out of them scaring the crap out of her. And then he was able to take many many pictures with the stormtroopers. Well worth the money spent.

Kyle: The VIP package you did with your folks and 8 people get that view for fireworks also. This area for views is for celebrities and their families. It’s one of those secure areas. For the food; I would have liked to see the menu in advance or posted online.

Have done several times, prefer the “seats and sweets” imo I would not leave to do a ride. We did that once and almost missed the fireworks because the ride broke down. Ps the first time I did the dessert party it was only $25 how times have changed.

That is the strangest thing, ever since your video of the Magic Kingdom on the Fourth of July I've been missing MK more than my favorite, Hollywood Studios. Pirates is my favorite ride, and there's just something so beautiful about mainstreet to me! So similar to you I've been kind've torn between Hollywood and Magic!

We did the seats and sweets and so worth the extra money to be sitting for the fireworks. My mom was with us and wouldn’t be able to stand in those crowds for long. Money well spent. Definitely go early for that one tho to get a good seat

Hi Kyle/Hi Casey, having a reserved spot that close for fireworks would be nice but I probably wouldn't prioritize the cost for myself. I remember jumping around at Slinky & my phone nearly flew out of my pocket - good times 🤦‍♂️😂🤣. Thanks for covering!!

So glad i dropped that from my itinerary in 2019. So glad to see what its like so i dont book it again. You can only eat max a plate of dessert. 99 dollars for a plate of dessert and a drink. Meh. This was really informative guys thanks!!

im in 4k now, usually happens if your internet isn't where it needs to be to be able to watch 4k. turn down the quality, I sometimes freeze watching 4k videos
