The deer attack was funny, but Julia's meeting the Japanese toilet was worth a million to someone who had the same reaction. My hotel toilet at a Marriott in Tokyo made me happy. It had everything but a television! Seat warmer, massage, bidet. Nothing better than a happy ass!

Lol omurice isn't just japanese omelette (that's actually tamago, which is specifically a rolled omelette). It's stir fried rice covered/wrapped in a thin omelette (omurice = omelette + rice).

Funniest episode yet. The deer had me crying....I remember taking my 3 kids to the petting zoo and buying 3 grain "cones" to give to the kids to pass around to the animals, and I never made it to them. The goats mugged me 2 steps from the cashier. I honestly think they are trained to do that!

Gold... poop! Love this channel but I hate it when restaurants serve food with gold on it. It adds nothing to the flavor but it does add to the price. Just another way to throw away your money.

Hey Julia we have those hole in the ground toilets in the Middle East too. Essentially you crouch over them and do your business lol. I think the crouching position really helps ‘get everything out’ and they’re more hygienic in public places because your skin doesn’t touch them:) that’s the run-down ;-)

My local mall in LA just opened a stand with taiyaki! Little sweet pockets filled with red bean (aduki), custard, or Nutella! You should try some if you see it, so nummy!
