These points aside, the type of product they use doesn't make enough of a difference to say that it's not copied at all and is an entirely different idea. All of this and the fact that the title is the exact same.

I think the reason the diy sour patch kids were good was because the gummy was made of like normal brand gummies and the regular sour patch kids kinda taste like Swedish fish which aren’t as flavorful. (Sorry if I offended a Swedish fish lover)
