Scraps were always free when I was a kid, not the only place to do John Bulls. You should try Rish ‘n’ Chips in Rishton if you’re in the area again

What’s up!! I subscribed not to long ago and just want to say thank you 🙏 for what you’re doing it really helps someone like myself from San Diego California who is going to Ireland and the UK at the end of this year for the first time to know where to go to get good food I’m definitely going to the pizza place named Fouts in Belfast. Needs Gravy!!! First John Bull I ever had was at the chippy at the bottom of Shorrock Lane, Mill Hill in about 1990, glad to see they are still going strong. Holly tree tree chippy is/was (not been for years) great also.

Hi Matt, is now been 2 years since the infamous chicken cottage review. Please can you go back to another chicken cottage branch to see if it can redeem itself. We need some of these standard bossman chicken/kebab shops and fast food spots mixed in from time to time as they produced some of the most memorable, funny and iconic FRC moments! Im not saying every week but at least once every 2 months it would be good to see those places sprinkled into the mix.

Well run chippy but pretty bland tasteless food sorry, their john bulls are about the only really good thing. Manxman chippy is now far better!! (their food actually has flavour)
