If you're a spam fan now, you should try a western omelet using spam, peppers and onions and cheese! Spam used to be CHEAP back in the 60s and 70s. We used to have it for breakfast twice a week. Spam omelettes and spam and fried or scrambled eggs. A fried spam with stoneground mustard sandwich is delicious as well

Most of this doesn't bother me at all. If anything, it speaks to the problems with factory farming as opposed to the smaller family operations. Maybe we should get back to locally sourced food, especially poultry.

I love chicken...but I felt sad they just are tossing the baby chicks. I don't mind eating meat, but I don't want to eat a animal that hasn't been raised with love and at least given a chance to grow up a normal life. Not cooped up or tossed around like nothing. Makes me sad. 😢 Let our meat source at least grow up in good conditions

Modern marshmallows don't use any actual mallow, just sugars. So today's marshmallows are just sugar, no medicinal benefit. The mallow root was more expensive than just using sugar syrup, so companies stopped using the rot completely. Dr. Karan (NHS surgeon here on YT) did a wonderful segment on this to dispel the mhth that marshmallows are still medicinal.

I love Spam, but NOT straight out of the can! The proper way to eat Spam is to cook it first...preferably by frying it in a pan until it's a little crispy on both sides. Then eat it with eggs, or as a Spam sandwich, with a slice of cheese.
