I’m not sure. Mine doesn’t have stains. It has some pilling but I used a fabric shaver to clean that up

I've had the leather version for over a year and it is comfy enough ofc it gets better as you break it in. I mean, I'm no sofa connoisseur but I feel it's comfortable especially if you consider its price and practicality. I never want to get off of it after sitting on it for a while because I'm uncomfortable, for whatever it's worth. I do wish the backrest was higher but it seems like sofas don't come like that anymore, at least not in this price range (if you can get one of those and you like the look I'd go for one of those instead). However part of me wishes I had gotten the fabric version since the leather doesn't breath and that's an issue in tropical weather. Then again, I didn't want to deal with the potentially impossible cleanup in the event it was smeared with something. Turns out there's not much to do then for fabric sofas which I didn't think was an acceptable risk, you could potentially ruin your sofa a week after buying it f that. It's my first sofa so I weighted the risk and decided to take the safest route.

I understand your point. My main problem is my back, the pillows are very low, they don't stabilize my upper back, I have to find a strategy to hold my head, after a few hours my neck hurts.@@ShaferHart
