The reason why people find it creepy is because you're expecting your female employees (these kinds of places aren't hiring men to wear skimpy clothes) to oversexualise themselves and get harrassed just to sell whatever shitty beer & food these restaurants are selling. Nobody comes in for the food, they come for the tits, there's a reason why they're called breastaurants. That's not even touching on the CEO being like "yo you're so good at your job but you know my only complaint? Your tits are too small so boob job time" meanwhile the cook gets his backpay & $10,000. Seems really fuckin dodgy to me.

I love undercover boss and I have seen basically almost every episode and they all follow a specific type of formula: A higher up corporate suit who has some type of backstory where they basically was “hard working” to get where they are, they want to go undercover for their company to see either what’s wrong with it or see where improvements can be made. The makeover has no change except for a very bad wig and sometimes some jewelry or a simple dye job if they are feeling fancy. They work 3 jobs with someone lives off of an 1/8 or 1/16th of their salary, who usually has a sad backstory or someone who is just the worst worker. After all three of the jobs the corporate suit talks about how much the journey “has changed them” and then the corporate suit meets them and says “surprise, I’m a boss!” And then gives them a bunch of money. Is the formula simple? Yes but man is it entertaining
