Unfortunately excitement levels were a little high and Matt wrecked his X3 into Mike's Pro R in a horrific accident which completely totalled both machines beyond any hope of repair. Kidding...lol, they did trade paint though.

Leo has annoying aspects to him, he likes to dictate everything and he cuts people off, and he complains a lot... However, those are changes that could be addressed honestly... doesn't have to be "let go" over it. Tell him where he can improve and give him some time to make those improvements. He did bring a lot of good to the channel, his editing style was much better and told a story, plus his filming also had a plan and a story and a schedule.

But there is any number of things happening when the camera is off... potentially some major personal conflict occurred which is why they don't want to talk about it. Or maybe Leo was over paying himself.. Or maybe Leo kept trying to force the guys to film what they didn't want do... Or maybe his back couldn't take it anymore, but if that was the case, why wouldn't they have just said that?
