Same here. In fact the opposite is quite true for me. Anyone that is worshipped for being born rich is not someone of any value at all. Neither tRump or Muskrat have any demonstrable form of intelligence or goodness. The stench of their profound greed and egos just ooze through and can actually be seen, if not at least heard in everything they say. I am certain I could even smell it on them if they got too near. It is sad that so many are so easily fooled and want to be fooled and worship such grotesque false idols.

@@lightwillprevail I've read that 911-from-cellular everywhere -- independent of cell towers -- is going to be expanded to all carriers. That's inherently connected to Musk via Starlink and won't be optional (like emergency call from lockscreen can't be turned off) so you'll be giving up your phone, right? And you'd certainly never rely on a weather forecast made in part based on data from a NOAA satellite that was launched by SpaceX, making it "connected" to Musk. The Tesla style charging plug was recently adopted by other car makers... will you ever own an electric vehicle or will you simply inconvenience yourself by using a subset of charging stations available? I'm reminded tangentially about the tar-baby principal.

Musk may be worth several hundred billion dollars but he's pretty much morally bankrupt. It really proves the point that just because a person has the ability to amass enormous amounts of wealth does not mean they are inherently smarter, better or superior to anybody else. We, as a culture, glorify people like Musk just because they have a knack for making money. To me, it seems like just another addiction. To a drug addict or alcoholic, there is no such thing as enough. Seems to be the case with billionaires too.

I had to delete my Twitter account after a few weeks. My feed was filled with hate posts. The journalists i followed didn’t show up in my feed. I reported a few accounts, muted many, and hoped the algorithm would rectify itself. After a month i just gave up. Wasn’t worth the work involved. I’m glad those i followed have alternatives. It’s a shame. Twitter was great for breaking news.

There's no reason for that. Most people who bought those cars did it because they wanted a good electric car, not because they loved Musk, who at the time seemed a visionary in a country enamored of fossil fuels. Also, the name Tesla appealed to the fans of the inventor. On a side note, I know a guy who sincerely believed that Tesla cars were invented by Tesla himself and Musk had just produced them - the whole misunderstood genius thing. You bet there are people who still believe that.

@@skankhunt42002 Elon CONFIRMED at the Don Lemon interview that they do suppress information for some things. But did not gave specifics. Don Lemon later said on an interview over the matter that he should have asked him WHAT THINGS are you suppressing? Don said he missed on that one at the time. Either way Elon is a hypocrite and he was getting annoyed over being confronted in that interview so he probably wouldn’t have said anything more on that.

@@SA-cn4jc Jobs was reasonably bright. Musk, not so much, but he is good at hiring the right people to be smart for him and avoid the bullshitters. The downside being, when he overruled his own people, well, the launch pad debacle is a prime example of how things went wrong due to his cheaping out and overruling his experts. Wouldn't have been a big deal, save for that natural refuge getting peppered with concrete chunks and a town inundated with dirt. The tanks that were damaged were his, so his business, the town isn't his, nor was that refuge.
