There's been many times in my life where I felt like I didn't fit in with "the boys". I constantly didn't feel "man enough". Thank you all for reminding that being different never had anything to do with my value. I hope I can continue to learn from you Liz, Jamey, and Justin.

I am a 21 year old woman, a daughter, a big sister, a student and (try to be) a good friend and this podcast has helped me in every aspect of my life. I have been able to have better conversations with my own dad and other men in my life. My little brother (8) and I have elaborate conversations about gender identity and gender inequality... You guys allow my young inexperienced brain to get more perspective and LEARN and I just love it. Every single episode has taught me so much and I come back to so many of them, just to hear it again. There's so much that has stuck with me and has bettered my way of connecting with people and made me a better human being tbh. I also learned so much about myself and started having even more honest conversations with myself, discovering new sides of myself. Wow, there's so much more I want to express but frankly can't find the words for it.. I want to thank you three and your team so much and I am forever grateful. Sending lots of love and good energy from germany

The episode with Justin's Dad hits me in a deeply wounded place. I have struggles relating with people in general(for emotional safety reasons), but especially with men. I have never felt adequately close to a male in my entire life. When that episode aired, I went to see my dad for two weeks with the intention of facilitating deep connection with him... And although we didn't have a break through or anything, that conversation between Justin and his dad gave hope. This podcast helps restore my faith in humanity and gives me hope for the relationships that are possible in my life. Love you all, looking forward to a Liz episode.

Dear Justin, Jamie and Liz, I just want to say how much I LOVE AND ADMIRE you guys!!! I follow all of you and you are helping me in ways you may never know. I am so thankful for this beautiful work that you do. I am hopeful that through the learning process I am becoming better and putting better things out into the world. I have always been made to feel that my belief in the goodness of humanity is naive and gullible. I now know that it is true and that when people show the darkest parts of themselves, that belief has to apply even more. I love you all so dearly🥰☺️🥰

Love the love you sent to all your Man Enough listeners! Thanks Justin, Liz and Jamey for your contributions to each podcast! Thank you to all the Man Enough staff and crew behind the scenes too! Btw, loved Justin's feedback in the joys of housework such as doing the dishes and doing the laundry. How it made a huge impact on him and how he felt connected because of it! That was so beautiful of you to share that with us! ❤ I have never heard a man ever, ever say that and tell me of how housework meant for women was fulfilling and brought some meaning to him! So thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this with us! 🙌

I have been binging your podcast, I have cried with you and laugh. I have been on the path of self growth and self-love for years and your podcast has helped me get closer to my boyfriend of 18 years. It has encouraged him to start the therapy journey. Your podcast has helped me change my dialogue with him with a lot more love, understanding, comprehension, compassion and patience. I was always too stuck in my own feelings about the inequality in etero sexual relationships, to be able to really listen, into my heart, obout my boyfriends journey, to really understand what he is going through and what his process needs to be as a man. I have been stuck for years being my boyfriend's mother and therapist it has been so hard and heartbreaking, si difficult, that I could no longer help and support. We have been having the same conversation for 6 years now and I've been patiently waiting for my boyfriend to find how he could grow into the men I need him to be. My my my boyfriend is the good guy, he is the Ally, but could never quite put it in action in our relationship. His intentions were good, but his actions weren't showing up. I have feared that our relationship could not evolve and no longer could I carry this on my shoulders on my own. I have been scared for years to give my boyfriend a kid because I felt like he was already my child. I have taken care of my old life of my mother that his bipolar, schizophrenic and now has Alzheimer's. But I was too scared to have a child with someone that didn't feel like a partner really. You guys have changed this for us we are no closer than ever emotionally I feel my boyfriend connected and loving and understanding. He can now say that he is sorry and look in my eyes and really mean. He can show me his vulnerabilities and say that he's sorry that he is a shame that he hasn't shown up for us. Thank you so much for the work that you do so it's beautiful in every single way, one person at a time, one couple at a time, one men at a time, one heart at a time 🙏🌿❣️

Thank You - Distinguished NOBLE Souls: O Brother! Not every sea hath pearls; not every branch will flower, nor will the nightingale sing thereon. Then, ere the nightingale of the mystic paradise repair to the garden of God, and the rays of the heavenly morning return to the Sun of Truth-make thou an effort, that haply in this dustheap of the mortal world thou mayest catch a fragrance from the everlasting garden, and live forever in the shadow of the peoples of this city. And when thou hast attained this highest station and come to this mightiest plane, then shalt thou gaze on the Beloved, and forget all else. (The Seven Valleys and the Four Valleys)
